By accessing and using the Serene Drifters website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
All equipment rentals are subject to availability. A booking becomes binding once you receive confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
The rental period begins when you collect the equipment and ends when the equipment is returned to our facility. Late returns may incur additional charges at the daily rate. Early returns do not qualify for refunds.
Full payment is required before equipment collection unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.
A security deposit may be required for certain equipment packages. The deposit will be returned within 7 working days after the equipment is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage or loss.
You agree to use all rented equipment properly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Equipment must not be used for illegal purposes or in ways that exceed its designed capacity.
You are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is expected, but you must report any damage immediately. You will be liable for repair costs or replacement value in cases of negligence, misuse, or theft.
Basic insurance is included with all rentals covering accidental damage up to £1,000. Additional coverage is available for purchase. The excess applies to all insurance claims.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to equipment malfunction or other circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided.
While we maintain all equipment to high standards, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not liable for any consequential losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages arising from equipment failure or unavailability.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Serene Drifters and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
